Shipping Information
Playtime is on it's way
All orders are posted within 1-2 business days using Australia Post services. We ship Worldwide. Please note that once an order is dispatched, the delivery times are outside of our control. Standard delivery times are approximate (generally 2-5 working days).
Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure that your delivery address, including all numbers and post codes are correct upon checkout. In the event that you have incorrectly added your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, if returned to Montessori Baby Company due to an incorrect address, the parcel will be reposted to the correct address at the cost of the customer.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and are dependent on location and weights of items purchased. All of our items will be delivered via Australia Post. Customers will be provided with a tracking number upon fulfilment of their custom order, and kept up to date via their tracking number of the estimated arrival time.
