By visiting the site, "Montessori Baby Co", you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed on the site. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing, purchasing or using our website.
If placing toys in reach of an infant/child, please do so at your own discretion. Children/infants must be supervised at all times when playing with their Montessori Baby Co toys.
Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
All of the Montessori Baby Co pre-orders have an estimated time of dispatch.

All pre-order items from Montessori Baby Co are to be paid in full at the time of checking out.

Pre-order shipping times are an estimate.

If you combine both in-stock and pre-order items, all of the items in your order will be processed and shipped at the one time, upon arrival of pre-ordered items.

Orders can not be cancelled once they have been placed.

Refund policy
We’re committed to creating play and learning products that are educational, beneficial to the learning stages of your children, and above all else, safe.
All sales from Montessori Baby Co are final at the time of checkout. In the best interest of hygiene and protection, Montessori Baby Co does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind and reserves the right to repair or replace the toys after they have been assessed for faults.
Most of the Montessori Baby Co toys are crafted from natural resources such as wood and may vary in colour etc. from the images on the webpage.
Glues that are visible and paints that may have transferred are not considered to be a defect.
Quality control is conducted prior to order dispatch, and in the unlikely event that a toy is faulty, exchange or refund will only be issued if the toys purchased are of genuine fault and are considered defective. For faults or defects, please contact us via our email montessoribabyco@gmail.com with your order number, an image of the faulty item/s, and the reason for return.
